Mon 2nd April
Day 938
2Y 6M 24D

Nanna visited today. The weather was wonderful and we'd already fed the ducks and played on the swings.

Nathan spent at least an hour playing with Nanna in dad's car, and the rest of the time out in the garden. He had a lovely time. The lad also ate really well today, as if he was actually hungry.

Sun 1st April
Day 937

We went to the 1st birthday party of a cousin, then on to visit Granny and Grandpa. Nathan had a great day.
Sat 31st March
Day 936
2Y 6M 22D

A quiet day today. We posted some letters and had some friends around.

We were talking about a cousin's birthday. I couldn't work out why Nathan kept saying cuddles until he explained "candle stick". Ohhh, birthday candles.

After playing with dad's money the lad said "don't want it anymore", then "had enough".

Fri 30th March
Day 935
2Y 6M 22D

First we went "swimming". Today the lad waded down the steps to chest level. The water was lovely and warm.

Then Granny came, and the two of them went on a train ride into Reading station. They both enjoyed it.

Thu 29th March
Day 934
2Y 6M 21D

We thought we'd take it easy today. The plan was to go to Woodley library, do a spot of shopping, and go home.

Instead we met friends in Woodley, and went to The Thatchers pub for lunch. Very enjoyable, but slightly more hectic than planned for.

Wed 28th March
Day 933
2Y 6M 20D

We went to Hickory Dickory Dock today and Nathan danced in a circle with the other children, as if he did that kind of thing every day (it's about the first time).

Then onto Blackbushe car auction to help buy uncle Adrian a new car.

Tue 27th March
Day 932
2Y 6M 19D

The Internet fix works once more. After writing in this diary about Nathan's lack of appetite he suddenly gets one.

Maiden Erlegh toddler group in the morning. Nathan asked for a biscuit before teatime. We went to Whoosh! in the afternoon and the lad was heard saying "Supper please". Needles to say, in both cases his wish was granted. Long may it continue.
