Mon 31st December
Day 1209
3Y 3M 23D

We had granny and grandpa, nanna and grandad over for new year's eve. Nathan ran around at top speed for an hour and a half when they arrived.

The lad woke up at ten to midnight, so mum had a chance to spend the tuen of the year with him. We managed to get him to sleep once the fireworks had ended.

There will be no more daily updates to this diary although we will be updating the site on a less frequent basis. We've been getting over 200 page hits a day, and it's very heartwarming to know how many people care about our boy. It's time however, to give Nathan a bit more privacy. Many thanks for all your kind emails.

Sun 30th December
Day 1208

We took Nathan back home. He didn't want to go.

The lad had been talking for a while about painting granny and grandpa's house blue, and making it his own. We finally worked out that he was referring to the blue door of our own house, and that he wanted their house to also have a blue door.
